ze777 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ze777 ("ze777", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the ze777 platform available at ze777.plus and all associated products and services.

By completing the registration process and creating a ze777 account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the ze777 platform.

These Terms apply to all products available on ze777, including but not limited to slot games, live casino, sports betting, bingo, table games, and esports betting. Use of any specific product may also be subject to additional product-specific rules, which will be communicated to you where applicable and form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the ze777 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ze777 strictly does not permit use of its platform by persons under 18. If we have reason to believe an account holder is underage, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. ze777 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time.

During or after registration, ze777 may request identity verification documents. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process and is required before withdrawals can be processed. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is complete.

ze777 reserves the right to decline a registration application at its discretion, without being required to provide a specific reason.

3. Account Rules

One account per player. Each player is permitted to hold only one ze777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balances or winnings in duplicate accounts may be voided.

Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ze777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ze777 will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have notified us of suspected unauthorised access.

Accurate information. You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false identity documents, or a false address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

Account currency. All ze777 accounts are operated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and balances are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees on the ze777 platform.

Account sharing. Your ze777 account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct transactions through your account. ze777 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials with another person.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported payment methods. ze777 accepts PKR deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. All supported methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals unless stated otherwise at the time of transaction.

Deposit processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your ze777 account instantly. Raast transfers and bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank. Card deposits are processed promptly. ze777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by ze777 promptly. Before your first withdrawal is approved, your account must have completed identity verification (KYC). Once verification is complete, subsequent withdrawals follow the standard processing schedule. ze777 will not unreasonably delay withdrawal requests from verified accounts in good standing.

Withdrawal to original payment method. ze777 may require that withdrawals be made to the same method used for your most recent deposit, as part of standard anti-money laundering practice. If your original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, our support team will advise on the available alternative.

Minimum and maximum transaction amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time.

Declined transactions. ze777 is not responsible for transactions declined by your bank or payment provider. If a deposit fails, check with your payment provider before attempting again. Do not attempt the same transaction repeatedly in a short space of time as this may trigger fraud prevention measures on your payment provider's side.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ze777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cricket match-day offers, PSL season promotions, and other time-limited deals. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which will be displayed on the Promotions page alongside the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Wagering requirements. Most bonuses awarded by ze777 are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus.

Eligible games. Not all games on the ze777 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute at a higher rate than table games or live casino. The contribution rates for different game categories are specified in individual promotion terms. Playing a game that does not contribute to wagering while a bonus is active will not count toward fulfilling the requirement.

Bonus expiry. Bonuses and free spins that are not claimed or used within their validity period will expire automatically. Once a bonus expires, it cannot be reinstated. ze777 will not extend bonus validity periods except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

One bonus at a time. Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. If you make a deposit while a bonus is already active, the new deposit may not be eligible for a further bonus until the existing one is completed or forfeited.

Bonus abuse. ze777 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if we detect that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements in a manner that exploits the system, or any other conduct that ze777 determines to be bonus abuse.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The ze777 sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, and Tests), football, and esports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on ze777.

Bet placement. Bets are only valid once confirmed by ze777's system and a bet ID has been issued. Do not assume a bet has been placed until you have received a confirmation. ze777 is not responsible for bets that were not successfully submitted due to connectivity issues on your side.

Odds changes. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. If the odds change between your selection and confirmation, ze777's system will display the updated odds before you confirm.

Void bets. A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum play requirement is met; there is a clear and verifiable pricing error; the event does not take place on the scheduled date and the market has not been settled; or any other circumstance outlined in the specific sport or market rules. Voided bets are refunded to your account balance at the staked amount.

In-play betting. In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to protect against latency advantages. ze777 may refuse or void in-play bets if they are placed after an event outcome has effectively been determined but before it has been officially registered — for example, bets placed after a wicket has fallen but before the score is updated.

Cricket and PSL specific rules. For PSL and international cricket matches, standard DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method outcomes apply in weather-affected matches. If a match is reduced in overs due to weather, DLS results will be used for settlement. A match must complete a minimum of the required overs for the format to be settled; otherwise, affected markets will be voided. Maximum winnings. ze777 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook interface and may vary by sport and market. ze777 reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict markets for individual players at its discretion.

7. Casino and Slot Games

All slot games, live casino tables, bingo rooms, and table games on ze777 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Microgaming, and Evolution Gaming, among others. These studios operate independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that determine all game outcomes.

Fair play and RTP. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game studio and is certified independently. Malfunction voids play. If the game cannot be resumed, the round may be voided and stakes returned. ze777 is not responsible for stream interruptions caused by issues on your internet connection.

Bingo. Bingo games operate on fixed schedules and ticket prices as displayed in the bingo lobby. Tickets purchased for a bingo game are non-refundable once the game has started. Full bingo-specific rules are displayed in the bingo section of the platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ze777 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and if appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on ze777, whether under the same or different personal details
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or mechanical processes to interact with the platform
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in software or games for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in poker, bingo, or any game where collusion could create an unfair advantage
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system, including through multi-accounting, value extraction strategies, or any method designed to exploit promotional offers
• Engaging in money laundering or any financial activity that violates applicable laws
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing ze777 staff or other players through any communication channel

ze777 operates fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual patterns of behaviour. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts reviewed and may be suspended without prior notice during the investigation period.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Suspension by ze777. ze777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached. During a suspension, access to the account — including the ability to deposit, withdraw, or place bets — will be restricted pending investigation.

Closure following investigation. If an investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, ze777 may permanently close the account. Depending on the nature of the breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where applicable law requires it, funds may be returned to the player net of any bonuses or fraudulently obtained amounts.

Closure by the player. You may request to close your ze777 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal way, and you will be reminded of any active bonuses or wagering requirements that will be forfeited upon closure. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are handled separately and take effect immediately — see Section 10.

Dormant accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 months or more — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity — may be classified as dormant. ze777 will attempt to contact you before applying any dormancy policy. Any applicable dormancy policy in force at the time will be communicated clearly.

10. Responsible Gaming

Cooling-off period. A cooling-off option allows you to pause your ze777 account for a defined period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During this period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. The cooling-off period cannot be reversed once applied.

Self-exclusion. Full self-exclusion is available for players who wish to step away from the ze777 platform for an extended period. Once self-exclusion is applied, it takes effect immediately. ze777 will make reasonable efforts to ensure you are not contacted with marketing communications during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods have a minimum duration and cannot be reversed before that minimum period expires.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ze777 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ze777 platform without our prior written consent.

Game content — including game visuals, mechanics, and audio — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios. ze777 does not claim ownership over game content provided by third-party studios.

13. Limitation of Liability

ze777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ze777's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ze777 is not liable for: losses arising from events outside our reasonable control; losses resulting from your own breach of these Terms; indirect or consequential losses; or losses arising from technical malfunctions caused by your device or internet connection.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Amendments to Terms

ze777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, ze777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ze777 platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. ze777 is not obligated to notify you personally of every amendment, and lack of notification does not constitute grounds for non-acceptance of the updated Terms.
